Coconut Shrimp

Ingredients

- ○1 1/2 lbsshrimp(shelled, deveined, butterflied)
grain
- ○1 boxbatter mix
other
- ○1 bagcoconut(shredded)
Instructions
- Mix batter.
- Put coconut in a pie plate.
- Dip shrimp in batter, then in coconut.
- Fry in a pan with enough oil to come 1/4 - 1/2 up pan.
- Fry shrimp until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Can place on aluminum trays & freeze.
- Reheat in 400° oven until warmed through & sizzling.
- Serve with mustard dipping sauce.
