- ○1 packagerigatoni

Instructions
- Prepare your favorite red sauce with meat and refrigerate until completely cool.
- Cook the package of rigatoni noodles SUPER al dente.
- Cool the noodles under cold water and add them to your sauce.
- Butter a 9x13 baking dish very well.
- Add half of the pasta with sauce mixture to the dish.
- Cover with fresh mozzarella and layer pesto.
- Add the remaining pasta and sauce mixture on top.
- Top with Parmesan cheese.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Before baking, remove from fridge at least an hour prior.
- Bake at 375°F, covered, for 30 minutes then uncovered for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- Alternatively, if making right before dinner, bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes.
