Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° F. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add pureed sweet potatoes, eggs, brown sugar, flour, heavy cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg; beat until combined.
- Pour mixture into the crust.
- Bake until edges are set (about 35-40 minutes).
- Transfer to a wire rack; cool 1 hour.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
