  • 1/2 teaspoonground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoonsmaple syrup
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 1/2 cupbrown sugar(packed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add pureed sweet potatoes, eggs, brown sugar, flour, heavy cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg; beat until combined.
  3. Pour mixture into the crust.
  4. Bake until edges are set (about 35-40 minutes).
  5. Transfer to a wire rack; cool 1 hour.
  6. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
