Ingredients

  • 4eggs(large)
dairy
  • 4 pkgscream cheese(room temperature)
  • 1 cupheavy cream
pantry staple
  • 1 1/4 cupssugar
  • 1/4 cupcornstarch
  • 1 tbsppure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Beat on low speed all the cream cheese, 2 mins till smooth, scrape down sides of bowl if needed.
  2. Gradually add sugar in 5 or more additions while beating on low. Beat 5 more mins.
  3. Add eggs 1 at a time until incorporated.
  4. Add 1/4 cup of cornstarch gradually on low speed & 1 tbsp of vanilla.
  5. Beat for 3 mins.
  6. Add in cream until fully blended.
  7. Beat 3 more mins.
  8. In a 9" springform pan line the bottom with a round parchment paper liner.
