Pineapple Kugel

Ingredients

produce
  • 1 cancrushed pineapple(drain)
protein
  • 4eggs(beaten)
dairy
  • 2 lbsbutter
  • 1 containercottage cheese
  • 1 lbsour cream
grain
  • 1 pkgbroad noodles
pantry staple
  • 1 cupsugar(change)

Instructions

  1. Spread cornflake crumbs on greased pan.
  2. Pour in noodles.
  3. Cover with cornflakes and 1/2 stick margarine dotted.
  4. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°F.
  5. Turn off oven and let stay in for 1/2 hour.
  6. Serve hot.
