Ingredients

- ○2 teaspoonbaking soda
- ○2 tspginger
- ○1 teaspooncinnamon
- ○1/4 tspallspice
- ○granulated sugar
- ○1 cupbrown sugar
Instructions
- Cream (mix) together butter and brown sugar. Mix in molasses and egg till well combined.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon and cloves.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill for at least an hour (I usually chill overnight).
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Scoop out dough with a medium-sized cookie disher (about 1½ tablespoons of dough each) and roll in granulated sugar. Place on baking sheets.
