Moist Banana Bread

- ○1 cupsugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, stir together flour, salt, and soda; set aside.
- In another bowl, combine bananas and sugar, stir well. Then add egg and butter and stir to blend.
- Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and mix just until moistened.
- Pour batter into a greased 8 1/2 by 4 1/2-inch loaf pan.
- Bake in a 325 degree F oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until bread begins to pull away from sides of pan and a wooden skewer inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a rack to cool completely before slicing.
