Instructions

  1. Grill eggplants over an open flame until charred and soft.
  2. Peel and discard the skin.
  3. Mash the eggplants in a bowl.
  4. Add tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and salt.
  5. Mix until smooth.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
