Nut Free Keto Bread

  • 1/2 Cupunsalted butter(melted)

  • 2 Cupssesame seed flour
pantry staple
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C (355F).
  2. In a large bowl, separate the egg yolks from the egg whites, beating the egg whites with an electric mixer until white and fluffy.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the melted butter, egg yolks, sesame seed flour, salt and baking powder.
  4. Gently fold the now complete egg yolk mixture into the egg whites, and gently mix together until it forms a uniform colour.
  5. In a bread loaf tin lined with baking paper, pour the mixture in and bake for 45 mins, checking the centre of the loaf with a skewer to ensure that it's done.

My notes

For a dairy-free version, replace butter with 1/2 cup olive oil.
