Nut Free Keto Bread

- ○1/2 Cupunsalted butter(melted)

- ○2 Cupssesame seed flour

- ✓1/2 tspsalt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180C (355F).
- In a large bowl, separate the egg yolks from the egg whites, beating the egg whites with an electric mixer until white and fluffy.
- In another bowl, mix together the melted butter, egg yolks, sesame seed flour, salt and baking powder.
- Gently fold the now complete egg yolk mixture into the egg whites, and gently mix together until it forms a uniform colour.
- In a bread loaf tin lined with baking paper, pour the mixture in and bake for 45 mins, checking the centre of the loaf with a skewer to ensure that it's done.
My notes
For a dairy-free version, replace butter with 1/2 cup olive oil.
