Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

  • 1 tbspchives(finely chopped)
  • 1 tsplemon juice(fresh)
  • 1 clovegarlic(finely grated)
  • 1/4 tsporegano(dried)

  • 2/3 cupbuttermilk
  • 3/4 cupwhole-milk plain Greek yogurt
pantry staple
  • kosher salt
  • 3 tbspmayonnaise
  • ·1/4 tspblack pepper(freshly ground)
  • 1/4 tspmustard powder
  • 1/4 tsponion powder

Instructions

  1. Whisk yogurt, buttermilk, mayonnaise, chives, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, pepper, mustard powder, and onion powder in a medium bowl; season with salt.
  2. Chill at least 20 minutes to let flavors meld before serving.

Dressing can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and keep chilled.
