- ○1-2 tspcinnamon
- ○1 tspnutmeg
- ○3 cupssugar
- ○1 cupvegetable oil
- ○1 tspvanilla
- ✓2 tspbaking soda

- ·2/3 cupwater
Instructions
- Mix pumpkin, water, oil, and eggs together.
- Pour into dry mix and mix just till moist.
- Pour into two greased pans or medium loaf pans.
- Bake at 350°F (pre-heated) 1 hr - 1 hr & 15 min or until toothpick in center comes out dry.
- Cool before removing from pans.
- When cooled, dust with confectioners sugar.
- Can add nuts or cranberries to mix or glaze when cool.
- Enjoy.
