Crispy No Fold Chicken Dumplings

Ingredients

  • spring onions
  • 1 tspginger
protein
  • 125 gchicken mince
pantry staple
  • 1 tbspmirin
  • 1 tspcornflour
  • 1 tspsoy sauce
  • rice paper sheets

Instructions

  1. Add chicken, spring onions, ginger, mirin, soy sauce and cornflour to a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  2. To a plate add water and a splash of soy sauce. Lightly dip a rice paper sheet.
  3. Set onto a non-stick surface.
  4. Cover chicken mixture to the first half of rice paper and roll carefully into a roll.
  5. Wrap again with another sheet.
  6. Use scissors to cut into bite-size pieces.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes on 200 degrees C.
