Crispy No Fold Chicken Dumplings

Ingredients

- spring onions
- 1 tspginger

- 125 gchicken mince
pantry staple
- 1 tbspmirin
- 1 tspcornflour
- 1 tspsoy sauce
- rice paper sheets
Instructions
- Add chicken, spring onions, ginger, mirin, soy sauce and cornflour to a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- To a plate add water and a splash of soy sauce. Lightly dip a rice paper sheet.
- Set onto a non-stick surface.
- Cover chicken mixture to the first half of rice paper and roll carefully into a roll.
- Wrap again with another sheet.
- Use scissors to cut into bite-size pieces.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes on 200 degrees C.
