Carrot Cake Baked Oats

Ingredients

- bananas(mashed)
- carrots(grated)
protein
- 1/4 cupwalnuts(crushed)
- 2 tbspeanut butter
- 30 gprotein powder or flour
dairy
- 1 1/2 cupsmilk
- vanilla protein yoghurt
grain
- 2 cupsoats
pantry staple
- honey or maple syrup
- 1 tspbaking powder
- 1/2 tspcinnamon
Instructions
- Mash the ripe bananas.
- Grate the carrots.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, mashed bananas, grated carrots, protein powder or flour, baking powder, cinnamon, honey or maple syrup, and milk.
- Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Fold in the crushed walnuts and peanut butter.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake until set.
- Top with vanilla protein yoghurt and extra walnuts before serving.
