Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add green beans and let them cook without stirring for a few minutes to develop black spots.
- Stir in shallots and continue to cook until the shallots are crispy.
- Season with salt, red pepper flakes, and chopped capers.
- Serve warm.
