Eclair Squares

Ingredients

  • 3 cupsmilk
  • 1 1/2 oz.cool whip
  • 1 cuplight cream
grain
  • 1 boxgraham crackers
pantry staple
  • 2 pkginstant vanilla pudding
  • 1 pkgsemisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Fit graham crackers in a single layer in the bottom of a 9x13" pan.
  2. Add whipped topping to pudding and cool, mix with graham crackers mixture.
  3. Top with another layer of graham crackers to cool filling.
  4. Melt chocolate and cream, let cool.
  5. Spread on top of graham crackers to cover.
  6. Chill overnight.
  7. Slice and serve in small squares.

2 pkgs instant vanilla pudding (marked out) 1 pkg 1 1/2 oz. tub of cool whip annotated as "add whp to topng joins pudding & cool", 1 pkg semisweet choc chips add whp to topng to pudding & cool, graham crackers with mixture, chill ovr night
