Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoonchia seeds
  • 2lime(juiced)
pantry staple
  • 2 cupswater
  • 1 tablespoonmaple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a glass jar.
  2. Seal the jar and set aside to chill 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Shake before drinking.
