Loaded Dill Pickle Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 smallshallot(diced)
  • 1.5 cupsdill pickle(chopped)
  • 2 tbspdill(chopped)

  • 3/4 cupbacon(crumbled)
dairy
  • 4 ozsharp cheddar(shredded)
  • 8 ozcream cheese(whipped)
  • 1/2 cupsour cream
  • 1.5 cupsGreek yogurt(nonfat)
pantry staple
  • 1 tbspcrushed red pepper
other
  • 1 packetranch powder
  • 2 tbspchipotle hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix together nonfat Greek yogurt, whipped cream cheese, sour cream, chopped dill pickle, crumbled bacon, chopped dill, diced shallot, crushed red pepper, shredded sharp cheddar, chipotle hot sauce, and ranch powder.
  2. Let it chill in the fridge for a couple hours before serving.
  3. Serve with club crackers or potato chips.
