Keto Mug Cake

Ingredients

dairy
  • 3 tbspmilk
pantry staple
  • 1 tbsp + 2 tspcocoa powder
  • 1 tbsperythritol(granulated)
  • stevia
  • 1/8 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspvanilla extract(pure)
  • 6 tbspalmond flour
  • chocolate chips(optional)

Instructions

  1. If using almonds, grind them in a blender or food processor to achieve a flour-like consistency.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a greased ramekin or small mug.
  3. Either bake in a preheated 350F oven for about 10 minutes, or cook in the microwave.
  4. If microwaving, time will vary depending on wattage and desired gooeyness. Start with 30 seconds, then add two 15-second intervals after that.
  5. The cake will look a bit gooey when it comes out, and it firms up as it cools. Eat straight from the mug!
