Instructions

  1. Combine yuba strips, avocado, and cucumber in a large bowl.
  2. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to the mixture.
  3. Toss everything gently to combine.
  4. Serve in bowls and top with chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
