Manischewitz Paletas

- ○1/4 cuplime juice
- ○1 tbsplime zest
pantry staple
- ✓1/2 cupsugar
- ✓salt

- ○2 cupsManischewitz wine
- ✓1 cupwater
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the Manischewitz wine, water, and sugar.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in the lime juice, lime zest, and a pinch of salt.
- Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze until solid, about 4-6 hours.
- To release the paletas, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
My notes
For a non-alcoholic version, substitute grape juice for the Manischewitz wine.
