Upside down Parmesan Asparagus Puff Tart

Ingredients

- 75 gParmesan(grated)

- 1puff pastry(ready rolled)

- 20 gpine nuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175c/350f fan. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Sprinkle 1 tsp grated Parmesan lengthways and top with pine nuts.
- Rub the asparagus with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the asparagus on top of the cheese and cover with a long piece of puff pastry. Cut the shape and trim the asparagus to length.
- Brush egg yolk on top and sprinkle with some more Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until puffed up and golden brown. Serve hot.
