Instructions
- Use a sharp potato or Y-Peeler to ribbon and make strips of both the lemon and the horseradish.
- Combine the lemon ribbons, horseradish ribbons, and vodka in a large container.
- Seal the container and let it infuse for 4 to 6 days.
- Strain the infused vodka to remove the lemon and horseradish ribbons before serving.
