Ginger Rice with Dashi

Ingredients

- 36 gramslight soy sauce

Instructions
- Rinse the rice thoroughly. After rinsing, add water to the pot so that the total weight of rice and added water together is 600g. Let it soak for 30 minutes.
- Julienne the ginger.
- Add the ginger to Step 1, then start cooking the rice using either a rice cooker or a pot.
- Once cooked, remove the dashi packet, gently mix in the sliced green onion, and it's ready.
- Enjoy.
