Paul's Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupbutter(melted)
  • 1 1/2 cupswhipping cream
  • 8 ozcream cheese(room temp)

  • 1 cupgraham cracker crumbs
pantry staple
  • 2 tablespoonsbrown sugar
  • 1 tablespoonvanilla extract
  • 1 cupsugar
other
  • 1 cupcreamy peanut butter
  • hot fudge sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and brown sugar in bowl.
  2. Add butter and stir until well blended. Press mixture onto bottom and sides of 9" pie plate. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
  3. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, vanilla, and remaining 3/4 cups sugar in large bowl until smooth.
  4. Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold into peanut butter mixture.
  6. Pour in crust and freeze.
  7. Serve with hot fudge sauce.
