Paul's Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

- ✓1/4 cupbutter(melted)
- ○1 1/2 cupswhipping cream
- ○8 ozcream cheese(room temp)

- ○1 cupgraham cracker crumbs

- ○2 tablespoonsbrown sugar
- ○1 tablespoonvanilla extract
- ○1 cupsugar

- ○1 cupcreamy peanut butter
- ○hot fudge sauce
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and brown sugar in bowl.
- Add butter and stir until well blended. Press mixture onto bottom and sides of 9" pie plate. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
- Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, vanilla, and remaining 3/4 cups sugar in large bowl until smooth.
- Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold into peanut butter mixture.
- Pour in crust and freeze.
- Serve with hot fudge sauce.
