Ingredients

  • 1grapefruit(Juice)
  • 1 sprigrosemary
pantry staple
  • 1 tablespoonchia seeds
other
  • 2 cupswater

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a glass jar.
  2. Seal the jar and set aside to chill 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Discard the rosemary and shake before drinking.
