- ○4Maris Piper potatoes(peeled and cut into 1.5 inch cubes)

- ○2 tbspmixed sesame seeds

- ·4 tbspoil
- ○1 tbspsesame oil
- ○1 tspDijon mustard
- ○1 tbspnutritional yeast
- ○1 tspagave
- ✓1 tbspmiso paste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200c.
- Place the potatoes into a saucepan of cold salted water and bring to the boil. Boil for 8-10 minutes before draining and leaving to cool.
- Place oil into a deep baking tray and place into the oven to get hot.
- Add the cornflour, sesame seeds and seasoning to a bowl and mix. Add the cooled potatoes and press the mixture onto each one to ensure they are coated.
- Remove the oil from the oven and carefully place the potatoes into the tray.
- Place into the oven for 35-40 minutes. At the 25 minute mark, drain most of the oil out of the tray and flip the potatoes over.
- For the dressing, simply mix all the ingredients together.
- Toss the cooked potatoes into the dressing, top with vegan parm and serve immediately.
