Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions to the skillet and stir to coat with the oil.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Cook the onions, stirring occasionally, for about 10-15 minutes until they are soft and golden brown.
- Stir in the fresh thyme leaves and cook for another 2 minutes.
