- 200 gbutter(unsalted, melted)
- 150 gbutter(room temperature)

- 1 kgwhite bread flour

- 1 tbspdry yeast
- 2 tbspsalt
- 2 tbspsugar

- 480 mlwater(luke-warm)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar & salt.
- Add yeast, eggs and melted butter, then gradually add water to the mix to form a dough.
- Knead dough for 8-10 mins till smooth and elastic.
- Cover and let rise for 1.5 hours till doubled.
- Grease pot/ cake tin very generously with butter.
- Divide into 8-10 balls, flatten each ball into a rough circle, burn with melted butter or room temperature butter, roll loosely into a spiral log and place seam side down into the pot, packed snug and tightly (every piece should be coated in butter to achieve flaky crust).
- Cover and let rest for 45-60 minutes, then cover with bake-proof lid and bake for 35-40 mins and then bake for another 10-12 minutes uncovered.
