Harissa Romesco Sauce

  • 1 cupharissa

Instructions

  1. Place nuts, harissa, olive oil, lemon juice, and a generous pinch of salt in a food processor and blend until a uniform paste forms.
  2. Taste and add more salt, if desired.

This sauce pairs well with roasted cauliflower, pasta, or as a sandwich spread.
