Rice Paper Shrimp Pancake

Ingredients

  • 2 Sheetsrice paper
pantry staple
  • 1/2 Tspcorn starch
  • salt
  • white pepper(to taste)
  • sesame seeds
  • 1/2 Tspsesame oil
  • 1/2 Tspsesame oil
  • chili flakes
  • 3 Tbspsoy sauce
other
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp by dicing up into small pieces. You may adjust how big you want the chunks to be depending on your preference.
  2. Into a bowl combine the following ingredients: 250g Shrimp (Raw Weight), ½ Tsp Sesame Oil, ½ Tsp Corn Starch, Green Onion, Salt and White Pepper to taste and mix.
  3. On a sheet of rice paper, flatten out the shrimp mixture and evenly spread. Add another sheet of rice paper on top.
  4. On a medium high heat pan, spray with cooking oil and cook the shrimp pancake. Each side should only take 3-5mins.
  5. Once cooked and crispy, serve with green onions, sesame oil soy sauce dip and enjoy!
