Rice Paper Shrimp Pancake

Ingredients

- 1/2 Tspcorn starch

- white pepper(to taste)
- sesame seeds
- 1/2 Tspsesame oil
- 1/2 Tspsesame oil
- chili flakes
- 3 Tbspsoy sauce

Instructions
- Prepare the shrimp by dicing up into small pieces. You may adjust how big you want the chunks to be depending on your preference.
- Into a bowl combine the following ingredients: 250g Shrimp (Raw Weight), ½ Tsp Sesame Oil, ½ Tsp Corn Starch, Green Onion, Salt and White Pepper to taste and mix.
- On a sheet of rice paper, flatten out the shrimp mixture and evenly spread. Add another sheet of rice paper on top.
- On a medium high heat pan, spray with cooking oil and cook the shrimp pancake. Each side should only take 3-5mins.
- Once cooked and crispy, serve with green onions, sesame oil soy sauce dip and enjoy!
