Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub the chicken with garam masala, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- While the chicken is roasting, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Season the cabbage with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the roasted chicken with the bread and butter cabbage on the side.
