Garam Masala Roasted Chicken with Bread and Butter Cabbage

  • 2 tablespoonsgaram masala

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the chicken with garam masala, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. While the chicken is roasting, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  6. Season the cabbage with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the roasted chicken with the bread and butter cabbage on the side.
