- ○8 cupswater or broth
Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a large pot, combine the rinsed rice and water or broth.
- Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low.
- Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the rice is very tender and the mixture is creamy, about 1 to 1.5 hours.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Serve hot with optional toppings of your choice.
