Green Onion Vinaigrette

  • 2 bunchesgreen onion(thinly sliced)

  • 1/2 cupwhite wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cupneutral oil
  • 1/2 cupolive oil
  • 2 tspkosher salt
  • 1 tspchili flakes

Instructions

  1. Add green onion to a bowl along with chili flakes and salt.
  2. Cover with vinegar and canola oil.
  3. Stream in olive oil while whisking.
  4. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Put on literally anything.
  6. Store in fridge for several days.
