- ○1/2 cupwhite wine vinegar
- ○1/2 cupneutral oil
- ✓1/2 cupolive oil
- ○2 tspkosher salt
- ○1 tspchili flakes
Instructions
- Add green onion to a bowl along with chili flakes and salt.
- Cover with vinegar and canola oil.
- Stream in olive oil while whisking.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Put on literally anything.
- Store in fridge for several days.
