Mom's Blueberry Pie

Ingredients

  • blueberries
grain
  • 1/8 cupflour
pantry staple
  • 3/4 cupsugar
other
  • cupminute tapioca

Instructions

  1. Clean & drain berries.
  2. Mix with tapioca & sugar.
  3. Prepare crust, brush with egg white & refrigerate till chilled.
  4. Fill with berry mixture.
  5. Bake at 400°F on a foil-covered baking sheet for 50 mins till juices bubble & crust browns.
