Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupparsley(chopped)
  • 4 clovesgarlic(sliced)

  • parmesan cheese(grated)

  • 1 poundspaghetti
pantry staple
  • salt
  • 1/2 cupolive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonred pepper flakes(crushed)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add spaghetti.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add chopped parsley, crushed red pepper flakes, and salt.
  5. Drain spaghetti and add to the pan, tossing to coat in the oil mixture.
  6. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
