Fried Borek

Instructions

  1. Prepare the feuille de brick by cutting it into the desired shape.
  2. Place a slice of halloumi, some parsley, and grape leaves onto each piece of brick.
  3. Fold the brick over the filling to enclose it.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the borek until they are golden brown and crisp.
  6. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
