Chili Con Carne

Ingredients

  • 2onion(chopped)
  • 2garlic(minced)

  • 1 cankidney beans(drained)
  • 500 gbeef(mince)
pantry staple
  • ·1 tbspolive oil
  • 2 tbspchili powder
  • ·salt(to taste)
  • ·black pepper(to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the onions until soft.
  2. Add the garlic and beef and cook until the beef is browned.
  3. Stir in the tomatoes, kidney beans, and chili powder.
  4. Simmer for 45 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
