Ingredients

- ○2onion(chopped)
- ✓2garlic(minced)

- ○1 cankidney beans(drained)
- ○500 gbeef(mince)

- ·1 tbspolive oil
- ○2 tbspchili powder
- ·salt(to taste)
- ·black pepper(to taste)
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the onions until soft.
- Add the garlic and beef and cook until the beef is browned.
- Stir in the tomatoes, kidney beans, and chili powder.
- Simmer for 45 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
