- ○1.5 - 2 lbspork butt(separated into 4 equal chunks)

- ✓1 tbspsoy sauce(optional)

- ○4 tbspchar siu sauce
- ○1 tspwhite pepper powder
- ○1 tbspfive spice powder
Instructions
- Place pork butt into a mixing bowl, and incorporate ginger, garlic, char siu sauce, five spice powder, white pepper powder, soy sauce (optional).
- For best results, marinate the pork overnight (or vacuum seal the pork and wait an hour if pressed for time).
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Place pork into the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
- Check in every 2-3 minutes to flip the pork and baste with honey.
