Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F/204°C.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a baking sheet.
- Slice the red onions and arrange them over the puff pastry.
- Dollop marscapone cheese over the onions.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Brush the edges of the puff pastry with egg wash.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.
