- ○cream cheese(room temperature)

- ✓peanut butter(no sugar)
- ○confectioners swerve
- ○vanilla extract(pure)
- ✓salt
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form and set aside.
- In a large bowl, add the rest of the ingredients, and beat these ingredients with a hand mixer until they combine.
- Once combined, add the whipped cream into your peanut butter mixture, and beat until well incorporated and smooth.
- Portion out the Keto Peanut Butter Mousse in 4 parfait cups, and keep refrigerated.
