Peanut Butter Keto Mousse

  • heavy whipping cream
  • cream cheese(room temperature)
pantry staple
  • peanut butter(no sugar)
  • confectioners swerve
  • vanilla extract(pure)
  • salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, add the rest of the ingredients, and beat these ingredients with a hand mixer until they combine.
  3. Once combined, add the whipped cream into your peanut butter mixture, and beat until well incorporated and smooth.
  4. Portion out the Keto Peanut Butter Mousse in 4 parfait cups, and keep refrigerated.

My notes

You can add a keto friendly chocolate drizzle to enhance the flavor.
