Ingredients

  • 1 lb.crab meat
  • 1egg
dairy
  • 1 tbsp.melted butter
grain
  • 1/2 cupbread crumbs
pantry staple
  • 2 tbsp.mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp.mustard
  • 1 tsp.phillips seafood seasoning
  • 2 tsp.worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp.dry mustard
  • 1 tsp.parsley flakes
other
  • 1 tsp.lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except crab meat.
  2. Gently fold in crab meat.
  3. Shape into cakes.
  4. Pan fry.
