Cream Cheese Cookies

- ○1egg yolk

- ○3 ozcream cheese
- ○1 cupmargarine

- ○2 ozall-purpose flour(sifted)

- ·1/4 teaspoonsalt
- ○sweet chocolate(melted)
- ○1 cupsugar
- ○1 teaspoonvanilla
Instructions
- Have butter and cream cheese at room temperature and work together until creamy. Add sugar gradually and beat until fluffy. Beat in egg yolk and vanilla. Sift flour with salt and stir into creamed mixture. Put dough in pastry tube and squeeze out 'S'-shapes or any other desired shapes on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 375-degree oven for 12-15 minutes. When cool, dip ends in melted sweet chocolate and sprinkles or nuts.
