Feta Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupKalamata olives(pitted)
  • 3 tablespoonflat-leaf parsley
  • 2scallions
  • 2 tablespoondill(fresh)
  • 2/3 cupsundried tomatoes(in oil)
dairy
  • 1/2 poundfeta((cow’s milk))
pantry staple
  • 1/4 cupolive oil

Instructions

  1. Crumble the feta into a bowl.
  2. Chop the tomatoes and olives, dill and parsley and thinly slice the scallions.
  3. Gently mix the ingredients together and drizzle with a few tablespoons of olive oil, or to taste.
