Ingredients

- ○1 poundpecans(halves and pieces)
- ○1/2 poundswalnuts(halves and pieces)

- ✓2 1/2 cupsflour
pantry staple
- ○1 teaspoonvanilla
- ✓1/4 cupsugar
- ✓1 teaspoonbaking powder
- ·1/4 teaspoonsalt
Instructions
- Mix fruit and nuts.
- Sprinkle with combined sifted flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix.
- Grease two loaf pans and line with brown paper.
- Pour batter into pans.
- Bake in slow oven on 300 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.
