Instructions
- Roughly chop your herbs.
- Spoon about 1 tsp into each ice cube tray compartment.
- Drench with olive oil leaving a tiny gap so they don’t overflow while freezing.
- Freeze and enjoy any time. They store for months in the freezer.
- Blend your herbs whole until you achieve a consistency you like.
- Add your salt and pulse a few times until fully incorporated.
- Tip the entire mixture onto a baking tray and leave it to dry in a well-aerated spot.
- Speed up the drying process by using your oven for 30-45 minutes at 230ºF/110ºC; time will vary depending on the herbs you use.
- Roughly chop your fresh herbs.
- Add them to a bowl with a bit of lemon zest.
- Add your butter and mix until fully incorporated.
- Add the butter to compostable cling film and roll tightly.
- Refrigerate and enjoy.
- Dehydrate herbs at low temperature or hang dry until crispy at the touch.
