Crispy Baked Tofu

Ingredients

protein
  • 1 blockfirm tofu(drained and dried, cubed)
pantry staple
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbsptamari
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • apple cider vinegar
other
  • 1 tbspnutritional yeast

Instructions

  1. Drain and dry a block of firm tofu. Cube.
  2. Whisk together 2 tbsps olive oil, 1 tbsp tamari, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 tsp garlic powder, and a splash of apple cider vinegar in a bowl.
  3. Toss in tofu.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 400 F for 20-25 minutes flipping halfway.
