Crispy Baked Tofu

Ingredients

- 1 blockfirm tofu(drained and dried, cubed)
pantry staple
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 1 tbsptamari
- 1 tspgarlic powder
- apple cider vinegar
other
- 1 tbspnutritional yeast
Instructions
- Drain and dry a block of firm tofu. Cube.
- Whisk together 2 tbsps olive oil, 1 tbsp tamari, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 tsp garlic powder, and a splash of apple cider vinegar in a bowl.
- Toss in tofu.
- Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 400 F for 20-25 minutes flipping halfway.
