Rice Cake Fundido

Instructions

  1. Hydrate rice cakes in beef broth.
  2. Mix in a sauce made of gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, garlic, and toasted sesame oil.
  3. Scatter onions, jalapeños, and Oaxaca cheese over the top.
  4. Add crumbled chorizo.
  5. Place the dish under the broiler until the top is golden and bubbling.
