Instructions
- Hydrate rice cakes in beef broth.
- Mix in a sauce made of gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, garlic, and toasted sesame oil.
- Scatter onions, jalapeños, and Oaxaca cheese over the top.
- Add crumbled chorizo.
- Place the dish under the broiler until the top is golden and bubbling.
