Meal Prep Baked Oats - Tiramisu

Instructions
- Preheat oven to fan 180°C.
- Dissolve 2 heaped teaspoons of instant coffee in 30ml boiling water.
- In a large bowl, combine 200g rolled oats, 2 mashed bananas, 60g salted caramel soy protein, dissolved coffee, 390ml milk, 1 tsp baking powder, and 70g dark chocolate chips.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Dust 1 tsp cacao powder over the top before serving.
- Store remaining portions in the fridge in an airtight container.
- To reheat, microwave a portion for 1 minute or enjoy cold.
