Apple Pie

- 1/4 tspnutmeg(ground)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss sliced apples with lemon juice, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg until coated.
- Roll out half of the dough to fit the pie pan. Transfer to the pan.
- Fill with apple mixture and dot with butter.
- Roll out the remaining dough to place on top. Seal and flute the edges.
- Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
