  • 3 poundsbaking potatoes(peeled)
  • 1yellow onions

  • 2 teaspoonskosher salt
  • black pepper(freshly ground)
  • 5 tablespoonsolive oil

  • 1/3 cuppotato starch

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. By hand: Chop onions very finely and coarsely grate potatoes.
  3. With a food processor: Blend onions in food processor with regular blade until finely ground. Switch to grating blade and grate potatoes.
